These terms govern use of this website and bookings made with The Infused Cocktail, operated by The Infused Cocktail. By using the website or confirming a booking, you agree to them.

Website information

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices for planning purposes. They are not an offer. Your price is set out in a written quotation based on your event details, and applicable taxes are shown on the quotation.

Quotations and bookings

• A booking is confirmed when you accept our written quotation and pay the booking advance (usually 30 to 50%).
• The balance is payable as set out in your quotation or contract.
• The quotation states the service window, staffing, equipment, inclusions and who supplies beverages.
• Additional hours, extra guests or changes on the day may be charged at the rates in your quotation.

Changes and cancellations

Date changes and cancellations are handled as set out in your contract. Please tell us as early as possible so we can help.

Alcohol, licences and responsible service

• We do not sell alcohol. Beverages are supplied by the host, the venue or a licensed caterer, as permitted by local law.
• The host or venue is responsible for obtaining any licence or permit required for serving alcohol at the event.
• We serve alcohol only where permitted and only to guests of legal drinking age, and we may refuse or stop service to any guest at our discretion in the interest of safety.
• We do not provide bar service on dry days where alcohol service is prohibited; a non-alcoholic service can be arranged instead.

Safety

Dry ice presentations and fire bartending are offered only where the venue permits and conditions are safe. Our staff may modify or stop any effect or performance if conditions become unsafe.

Venue and host responsibilities

The host is responsible for arranging venue access, a suitable space for the bar, power where required, and any venue permissions. Damage to our equipment caused by guests beyond normal use may be charged as set out in your quotation.

Liability

We take care in everything we do, and we are responsible for the services we provide as described in your quotation. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, by the venue, or by guests' own conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Delhi.
