About our bar equipment and glassware rental

A good bar depends on the right equipment: a stable counter, enough glassware, reliable chilling and plenty of ice. Our bar equipment and glassware rental in Delhi supplies everything a bar needs for weddings, parties and corporate events, delivered to your venue, set up and collected afterwards.

Equipment is usually supplied as part of a staffed bar service, which is the most reliable way to run an event bar. We also supply additional glassware, counters or chilling to support a venue's own bar, or to extend a bar we are already running for a larger guest list.

Glassware planning

Running out of clean glasses mid-event slows a bar more than almost anything else. As a typical planning guide, allow about two to three glasses per guest for a 4 to 5 hour event, with the mix matched to your menu: highballs, rocks glasses, wine glasses, coupes or flutes. If glassware will be washed and reused during service, the bar needs water access and a barback dedicated to rotation.

Ice: the quantity people underestimate

Ice is used for chilling bottles as well as for drinks, and Indian summers melt it quickly. A working guide is roughly 0.5 to 1 kg of ice per guest, at the higher end for outdoor and summer events, plus extra for chilling bottles in tubs. We plan ice in the right formats (cubes for most drinks, crushed for coolers and juleps) and store it in insulated containers so it lasts through service.

Chilling and power

Bottles and mixers need to be cold before service begins. We use ice tubs, insulated boxes and, where power is available, chillers. For outdoor events we plan shade for chilling stations, because direct sun halves the life of ice.

Hygiene and waste

Glassware arrives clean and is handled by the base or stem. Bar ice is kept separate from chilling ice and served only with scoops. After service, we clear bar waste, take our equipment away for cleaning and leave the bar area tidy.

Equipment with or without staff

Most clients book equipment as part of a staffed bar, which keeps responsibility in one place. If you only need extra glassware or a counter for a venue that already has bar staff, tell us what you need, and we will confirm availability and delivery.

Pricing

Counters, tools, ice and consumables are part of every package. Additional glassware and equipment are quoted to your list. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

See all questions

How many glasses do I need for my event?
As a guide, allow two to three glasses per guest for a 4 to 5 hour event, matched to your menu. If glasses will be washed and reused during service, fewer are needed, but the bar must have water access and a barback for rotation.
How much ice should I plan for?
Roughly 0.5 to 1 kg of ice per guest, at the higher end for outdoor and summer events, plus extra for chilling bottles. We plan and supply ice in the right formats as part of the bar service.
Do you deliver and collect the equipment?
Yes. Delivery, setup, dismantling and collection are included, along with removal of bar waste. We confirm access and timing with your venue in advance.
