This privacy policy explains how The Infused Cocktail ("we", "us"), operated by The Infused Cocktail, collects and uses personal data through this website. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, event type, event date, city or venue area, approximate guest count, company name (for planner enquiries) and any message.

With each enquiry, we also record how you reached us, so we can understand which advertising works: the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and the Google click identifier (gclid), if present.

When you browse, and only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, clicks on call and WhatsApp buttons, and form submissions. Until you accept, Google tags run in a restricted mode that does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

When you call or WhatsApp us, your phone number and messages are handled by your phone carrier and WhatsApp under their own terms.

How we use it

• To plan and deliver your event if you book with us.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email provider, form-storage or spreadsheet tools, website host, and Google for analytics and advertising measurement (only with your consent). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the duration of the booking and the period required by law for business records. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted periodically.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the consent banner will appear again. Cookies and local storage

We store a small amount of information in your browser: your cookie choice, the campaign details of your visit (kept for up to 30 days) and, temporarily, any partly completed form so you do not lose it. Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies only after you accept.
