About our cocktail catering

Cocktail catering covers everything that goes into the glass: the menu, the fresh ingredients, the syrups and garnishes, and the bartenders who make each drink properly. We provide cocktail catering in Delhi for weddings, engagements, birthdays, private parties and corporate events, from a tight list of crowd-pleasing classics to a fully bespoke signature menu.

We plan the menu with you, scale ingredients to your guest count and handle preparation before the event, so service is fast and every drink is consistent. Alongside the cocktails, every menu includes proper mocktails for guests who do not drink.

Building your cocktail menu

The best event menus are short. Four to six cocktails and two or three mocktails give guests real choice while keeping service quick. A balanced menu usually includes:

  • Something light and refreshing, such as a highball or spritz-style drink.
  • Something citrus-led, such as a sour or a margarita-style drink.
  • A classic that guests recognise, such as a mojito, cosmopolitan or old fashioned.
  • A signature made for your event, often named after the couple, the guest of honour or the company.
  • Two or more mocktails made with the same care as the cocktails.

We adjust the menu for the season (lighter, fruit-led drinks for summer days; richer, spiced drinks for winter evenings) and for your crowd.

Classic, signature and custom
  • Classic cocktails are reliable crowd-pleasers that guests already know and order with confidence.
  • Signature cocktails are designed for your event, with a name and story that make them memorable.
  • Custom menus are built entirely around your tastes, theme and colour palette. See our branding and custom menus service for printed menus and branded drinks.
Fresh fruit and tropical bars

A fresh fruit bar puts seasonal fruit at the centre: mango, watermelon, pineapple, litchi or jamun, muddled or blended to order. It is colourful, works equally well for cocktails and mocktails, and suits daytime events, pool parties and summer weddings.

Molecular touches

For one or two signature drinks, our mixologists can add molecular techniques such as flavoured foams, fruit spheres or aromatic mists. They are best at small and mid-size events where guests have time to enjoy the detail.

Quantities and who supplies what

We do not sell alcohol. The host usually buys it through licensed retail, or the venue or a licensed caterer supplies it, depending on local rules. We provide everything else, and share a shopping list sized to your guest count, menu and duration. As a starting point, many events plan on about two drinks per guest in the first hour and one per guest for each hour after, then adjust for the crowd.

Pricing

A cocktail menu is part of every package: standard options in Basic, a customised menu in Premium and a bespoke signature menu in Luxury. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

Questions

Cocktail Catering: questions

See all questions

How many cocktails should be on the menu?
Four to six cocktails and two or three mocktails is the sweet spot for most events. It gives guests real choice while keeping service quick and ingredients fresh. Larger menus slow the bar down and increase waste.
Do you provide the spirits for the cocktails?
No. We do not sell alcohol. We provide the bartenders, mixers, syrups, fresh ingredients, ice and garnishes, and share a shopping list so the host, venue or licensed caterer can supply the spirits as local rules allow.
How much alcohol should I buy for my event?
As a starting point, plan on about two drinks per guest in the first hour and one per guest for each hour after, then adjust for how much your crowd usually drinks. We turn your menu and guest count into a bottle-by-bottle list. Our cocktail party planning checklist explains the maths.
Can we taste the menu before the event?
For Premium and Luxury bookings, a tasting of signature drinks can be arranged ahead of the event, so you can adjust sweetness, strength or garnish before the final menu is printed.
