About our interactive cocktail stations

An interactive cocktail station turns ordering a drink into an experience. Guests choose a base, pick fresh fruit and herbs, select a garnish and watch a bartender make their drink in front of them. Our interactive stations in Delhi are popular at weddings, corporate events, birthdays and brand activations, where they give guests a reason to gather and talk.

Stations can be built around a theme, such as a fresh fruit bar, a botanical garden bar, a dessert cocktail station or a seasonal counter, and they work equally well for cocktails and mocktails. Each station is staffed by bartenders who guide guests through the choices and keep the queue moving.

Station ideas that work well
  • Fresh fruit bar: seasonal fruit muddled or blended to order, with a choice of herbs and spice.
  • Botanical bar: herbs, citrus peels, flowers and tonics for guests to build a fragrant highball.
  • Dessert cocktail station: coffee, chocolate and creamy drinks served after dinner.
  • Indian flavours counter: kokum, jamun, aam panna, masala and rose, refreshed in modern drinks.
  • Seasonal counter: warm spiced drinks in winter, cooling coolers in summer.
  • Garnish station: guests finish their own drink with dehydrated citrus, herbs and edible flowers. See branding and custom menus for premium garnish stations.
Keeping the choice simple

Too many choices slow a station down. We usually offer three bases, four or five fresh additions and a handful of garnishes, with a few suggested combinations on the menu board for guests who prefer to be guided. That keeps each drink to about the same time as a regular cocktail.

Staffing and flow

As a guide, one bartender can run a station for about 60 to 80 guests alongside a main bar, with a second bartender added for peak times. We place stations where guests naturally circulate, with space for a short queue that does not block walkways.

As an addition to the main bar

Interactive stations are usually best alongside a main bar rather than replacing it. Guests who want a quick drink use the main bar; guests who want to explore visit the station. Together they keep service quick and give the evening a focal point.

Pricing

Interactive stations are quoted as an addition to any package, based on the theme, menu and staffing. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

Questions

Interactive Cocktail Stations: questions

See all questions

Do interactive stations slow down service?
Not when the choices are kept focused. We limit options to a few bases, fresh additions and garnishes, so each drink takes about the same time as a regular cocktail. A main bar alongside handles guests who want a quick drink.
Can the station be non-alcoholic?
Yes. Every station has mocktail versions, and fresh fruit and botanical stations work beautifully as fully non-alcoholic counters for family events and daytime functions.
How much space does a station need?
A station counter needs roughly the same space as a compact bar, plus room for a short queue that does not block walkways. We confirm placement with your venue so guests can gather comfortably.
Can we brand the station for a corporate event?
Yes. Stations can carry brand colours, logo panels, printed menu boards and branded drink names, which makes them popular for launches and activations.
