About our professional bartenders

Hiring professional bartenders in Delhi means your guests are served properly from the first welcome drink to the last order, and you are free to enjoy your own event. Our bartenders work weddings, house parties, birthdays and corporate events across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, arriving with the tools, mixers, ice and garnishes the menu needs.

Every bartender is briefed on your menu, your guests and the venue's rules before service begins. For larger events a bar captain supervises the team, so the bar keeps a steady pace and queues never build. You get one point of contact, a written quote and a bar that simply works.

How many bartenders does your event need?

Staffing is the single biggest factor in whether a bar feels effortless or crowded. As a typical planning guide for a cocktail bar:

GuestsBartendersSupport staff
Up to 501 to 2Venue staff clear glasses
50 to 10021 barback for a full cocktail menu
100 to 2003 to 41 to 2 barbacks and a bar captain
200 to 4005 to 72 to 3 barbacks, a bar captain, a second counter
400 and above8 or moreMultiple counters and a dedicated supervisor

These numbers move with the menu. A beer, wine and soft-drinks bar needs fewer hands. A menu of shaken cocktails, or a welcome hour when every guest arrives at once, needs more. We recommend exact staffing in your quote, and explain why.

Bartender, barback and bar captain: who does what
  • Bartenders take orders, make drinks and keep their station clean and organised.
  • Barbacks keep the bartenders supplied with ice, clean glassware, cut fruit, mixers and stock from storage, so drinks never stop for a refill run.
  • The bar captain runs the bar as a whole: briefs the team, watches stock levels, coordinates with your planner and venue, and is your single point of contact on the day.

For a house party of 40, one experienced bartender may be all you need. For a 300-guest reception, a bar captain is what keeps a busy evening calm.

What our bartenders handle on the night

The team serves welcome drinks as guests arrive, paces service through the evening and keeps the counter tidy between rushes. They track stock as the night goes on and flag early if anything is running low, rather than running out at the peak. When the agreed service window ends, they close the bar on time and with courtesy.

We do not sell alcohol. In most cases the host buys it through licensed retail, or the venue or a licensed caterer supplies it, depending on your state's rules. We help you estimate quantities, so you buy enough without large leftovers.

Working at your venue

Our bartenders work in banquet halls, hotels, farmhouses, lawns, rooftops and private homes. Before the event we confirm the space for the counter and storage, a power point for chillers or lighting, access to water, and any venue rules about outside bar staff or glassware. If the venue has its own bar, we can staff it instead of bringing a counter.

Pricing

Bartenders are included in every package. The number of staff scales with your guest count and the menu. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

Questions

Professional Bartenders: questions

See all questions

How many bartenders do I need for 100 guests?
For a full cocktail menu, two bartenders and a barback usually serve 100 guests comfortably over a 4 to 5 hour event. If the menu is mostly beer, wine and simple mixed drinks, two bartenders without a barback can manage. If most guests will arrive at once and want a welcome drink, we may suggest a third bartender for the first hour.
Do your bartenders bring their own equipment?
Yes. Every bartender arrives with professional tools, and the package includes the bar counter, ice, non-alcoholic mixers and garnishes for the agreed menu. Glassware is included in Premium and Luxury packages and can be rented for Basic packages. You only need to arrange the alcohol, where applicable.
Can I hire a single bartender for a house party?
Yes. For house parties of up to about 40 to 50 guests, one experienced bartender with a compact counter is often enough. We still bring tools, ice and garnishes and handle setup and cleanup, so your home stays as neat as you left it.
How long do the bartenders stay?
The standard service window is 4 to 5 hours of service, plus setup time before guests arrive and cleanup after. If you want the bar open longer, we can extend on the night where staff availability allows, charged per additional hour at the rate in your quote.
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. We do not sell alcohol. The host usually buys it through licensed retail, or the venue or a licensed caterer supplies it, depending on local rules. We help you calculate quantities and can share a shopping list based on your menu and guest count.
