About our mixologist services

A mixologist brings a chef's approach to the bar. Where a bartender serves a menu, a mixologist designs it: balancing flavours, choosing seasonal fruit and herbs, making house syrups and presenting each drink with intent. Hiring a mixologist in Delhi suits weddings, intimate dinners, VIP gatherings and brand events where the drinks are part of the experience.

Our mixologists meet you before the event to understand your tastes, theme and guests, then build a short menu of signature cocktails and mocktails. On the night they lead the bar, guide guests to drinks they will enjoy and keep every glass consistent from the first to the last.

What a mixologist adds

A strong menu is short. Rather than offering every classic, a mixologist chooses four to six drinks that suit your guests, your season and your theme, and makes each of them very well. That focus keeps service quick, reduces waste and gives guests clear, appealing choices.

Typical touches include:

  • House syrups and infusions, such as ginger, cinnamon, kokum or rose, made ahead for depth of flavour.
  • Seasonal ingredients, such as mango and jamun in summer or citrus and spice in winter.
  • Thoughtful ice: large cubes for spirit-forward drinks, crushed ice for juleps and coolers.
  • Garnish with purpose: dehydrated citrus, fresh herbs or edible flowers that add aroma, not clutter.
Building a signature menu

The menu consultation covers your favourite flavours, any spirits you prefer or avoid, your theme and colour palette, and how many guests drink alcohol. From there we suggest a balanced menu, usually something light and refreshing, something citrus-led, something richer and at least two proper mocktails. Names and stories for signature drinks, such as one named after the couple or the company, are part of the fun.

Molecular mixology, used well

For guests who enjoy a little theatre, mixologists can add molecular techniques: flavoured foams, fruit "caviar" spheres, aromatic mists or smoked garnishes. Used sparingly, they make a signature drink memorable. We recommend them for smaller and mid-size events, because the preparation is detailed and best served with time to explain.

Mixologist or bartender?

For most large events, the best bar combines both: a mixologist designs the menu and leads the bar, and a team of bartenders serves at volume. For an intimate dinner of 20 to 40 guests, a single mixologist can design, make and serve every drink personally.

Pricing

Mixologists lead the bar in our Luxury package and can be added to Premium. Menu design can also be booked on its own. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

Questions

Mixologist Services: questions

See all questions

What is the difference between a mixologist and a bartender?
A bartender serves drinks quickly and well from a menu. A mixologist designs that menu: balancing flavours, making syrups and infusions, and presenting each drink with care. Large events often have a mixologist leading a team of bartenders, which combines quality with speed.
Can the mixologist create a drink named after us?
Yes. Signature drinks named after the couple, the birthday guest or the company are one of the most popular parts of a menu consultation. We build the drink around flavours you love and can print the story on the menu card.
Do you offer molecular mixology?
Yes, for selected drinks. Foams, fruit spheres, aromatic mists and smoked garnishes add theatre to one or two signature cocktails. We recommend them for small and mid-size events, where guests have time to enjoy the detail.
Will the mixologist make mocktails too?
Always. Every menu includes proper mocktails, made with the same fresh ingredients and care as the cocktails, so guests who do not drink alcohol have equally good choices.
