About our branding and custom menus

Custom menus and bar branding make the bar feel like it belongs to your event. For weddings, that might be signature drinks named after the couple and a menu card that matches the invitation. For corporate events and launches, it could be branded cocktails in brand colours, logo signage, printed glassware and a menu that tells the product's story.

Our branding and custom menu service in Delhi covers drink development, menu design, bar signage, uniforms and premium stations such as a garnish bar or welcome drink station. We work with your planner, designer or brand team so everything feels consistent.

Signature and branded drinks

A signature drink is the simplest way to personalise a bar. We start with flavours you love, or with your brand colours and personality, and develop one to three drinks with matching mocktail versions. Each gets a name and a short story for the menu. For brands, we can match colours closely, for example a citrus-yellow highball for a sunny brand or a deep berry drink for a premium launch.

Menus, boards and signage
  • Menu cards for tables or the bar, designed to match your invitation or brand guidelines.
  • Menu boards in chalk, acrylic, mirror or printed formats, sized to be read from the queue.
  • Bar signage: monograms, logos, neon-style signs or illuminated panels.
  • Digital files: if your designer prefers, we supply the drink names and descriptions and they design the pieces.
Branded details

For corporate events and launches, small branded touches carry a long way: logo-printed napkins and coasters, branded stirrers, printed or etched glassware, and edible logo prints on foam-topped drinks. We advise on lead times, because printed items need to be ordered in advance.

Premium garnish station

A garnish station lets guests finish their own drink with dehydrated citrus wheels, fresh herbs, edible flowers, spiced rims and flavoured sugars. It is colourful, photogenic and a natural gathering point.

Welcome drink station

A styled welcome station near the entrance greets guests with a signature drink, a mocktail and water as they arrive. It can carry your monogram or brand and is often the first photograph of the evening. See champagne tower and welcome drinks.

Pricing

Custom menu design is an add-on to any package. Signage, printed glassware and branded items are quoted to your brief. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

Questions

Branding and Custom Menus: questions

See all questions

Can you create a cocktail in our brand colours?
Yes. We develop drinks that match brand colours closely, using natural ingredients wherever possible, and create a mocktail version too. Share your brand guidelines and we will suggest options.
How far in advance do you need branding details?
For menu cards and simple signage, two to three weeks is usually enough. Printed glassware, custom napkins and illuminated signs need more time, so share your brief as early as possible.
Can you work with our designer?
Yes. We can supply drink names, descriptions and menu text for your designer, or design the pieces ourselves to your guidelines.
What is a garnish station?
A styled counter where guests finish their own drink with dehydrated citrus, fresh herbs, edible flowers and flavoured rims. It is colourful, interactive and works with both cocktails and mocktails.
