About our led and luxury bar setup

An LED or luxury bar is the bar as a design piece. Illuminated counters glow softly in an evening venue, premium finishes match the decor of a reception, and a decorative backdrop turns the bar into a natural spot for photographs. Our LED and luxury bar setups in Delhi are popular for wedding receptions, cocktail nights, engagements and corporate evenings.

Each setup is staffed by our bartenders and planned with your decorator or planner, so lighting, colours and branding sit comfortably with the rest of the venue. You choose the look; we handle the build, power, styling and service.

Styles of luxury bar
  • LED counters with colour-changing or fixed-tone lighting, ideal for evening receptions and dance-floor bars.
  • Premium finishes such as marble effect, mirrored, wooden or metallic counters that suit hotel ballrooms and formal dinners.
  • Backdrop bars with a decorative back wall, florals, shelving or illuminated signage, designed to be photographed.
  • Branded bars for launches and corporate events, with logo panels, brand colours and printed menus.
Working with your decorator

A luxury bar works best when it is planned with the rest of the venue. We share the bar's dimensions, colours and power needs with your decorator early, and agree who supplies florals, drapes and signage. If you have a mood board, send it; we will propose a bar that fits it rather than competing with it.

Power and placement

LED bars need a reliable power supply near the bar position, usually a standard socket or a line from the venue's generator. We plan cable routes so nothing crosses guest walkways, and confirm whether the venue's lighting will dim during the evening, because the bar's glow looks best against softer room lighting.

Placement matters as much as design. A luxury bar near the entrance creates an impression on arrival; one beside the dance floor keeps energy high. For receptions above 250 guests, two matched bars on opposite sides of the venue look balanced and reduce queues.

Presentation details

Premium setups include glassware chosen per drink, crisp garnishes and a tidy, uncluttered counter. Small details make the difference: back-bar bottles arranged neatly, menu cards in a matching frame and bartenders in coordinated uniforms.

Pricing

Premium counters are part of the Premium and Luxury packages. Special decoration, LED upgrades and branding are priced to your design. Every event is quoted to your guest count, menu and venue. Ask for a free, itemised quote.

Responsible service and licensing

State excise laws govern serving, transporting and storing alcohol, and rules differ between states and venues. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages. We guide you on the permissions to check, and we serve only where it is permitted, to guests of legal drinking age.

Questions

LED and Luxury Bar Setup: questions

See all questions

Can the LED bar match my wedding colours?
Yes. Colour-changing LED counters can be set to a fixed tone that matches your decor, such as warm gold, blush or deep blue. Share your palette and we will suggest settings that look good in photographs and in the venue's lighting.
What power does an LED bar need?
Most LED bars run from a standard power socket near the bar position. We confirm the supply with your venue, plan safe cable routes and can work from the venue's generator where needed.
Can you add our logo or monogram to the bar?
Yes. We can add a monogram, logo panel, printed signage or a matching menu board. For weddings this is often the couple's initials; for corporate events, brand colours and logo. See branding and custom menus.
Do you supply florals and drapes for the bar?
We can arrange simple styling with the bar, or coordinate with your decorator if they are already dressing the venue. We agree who supplies what in advance so the bar looks consistent with the rest of the decor.
