A mobile bar brings a complete, professional bar to wherever your event is: a lawn, a farmhouse, a rooftop, a hotel ballroom or your own home. For guest counts above 250, we usually recommend two separate bar points rather than one very long counter. Guests spread out, queues stay short and each bar can focus its menu, for example a cocktail bar and a mocktail counter.

A standard 6 to 8 foot mobile bar needs roughly a 10 by 8 foot area, which includes the counter, a back bar and working space for the team. Before the event we check:

• Ground: a level surface. On lawns we use boards or a level platform where needed.
• Power: a standard socket within reach for chillers, blenders or lighting, or an extension from the venue's supply.
• Cover: shade or a canopy for outdoor day events, and protection if rain is possible.
• Access: a route for loading in and out, and the time the venue allows us to arrive.
• Water: access nearby for washing tools and rinsing glassware during service.

If your venue has a bar but no bar staff, we can staff it instead of bringing a counter. If the venue bar is in the wrong place, too small for your guest count, or does not match your decor, a mobile bar lets you put the bar exactly where guests gather. Often the venue or a licensed caterer supplies and serves alcohol; your quotation will state clearly who supplies beverages.
