How it works

How our bar service works

Booking a bar should be the easiest part of planning your event. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the last glass, and what we need from you along the way.
Six steps

A simple, stress-free process from first call to last glass.

  1. 01

    Tell us your plan

Call, WhatsApp or send the form with your date, city, guest count and the kind of bar you have in mind.

  2. 02

    Receive a clear quote

We confirm guest count, duration, menu, staff and bar design, then send a written quote with staff, equipment, transport and consumables itemised.

  3. 03

    We assemble your team

Bartenders, barbacks, butlers and service staff are assigned to your event, with rentals and supplies arranged as needed.

  4. 04

    We set up the bar

The team arrives ahead of guests to build the bar, chill and prepare ingredients, and run a final check with your planner or venue.

  5. 05

    We serve your guests

Polished, attentive service through the evening, with hygiene maintained and responsible service practised throughout.

  6. 06

    We clean up and close

We dismantle the bar, clear our equipment and waste, settle accounts and ask for your feedback.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

See all questions

Do you provide a written quotation and contract?
Always. Every booking starts with a written quotation that itemises staff, equipment, transport and consumables, and states clearly who supplies the beverages. Once you approve it, we share a simple contract covering the service window, payment schedule, overtime and cancellation terms.
What is the advance payment and cancellation policy?
A booking advance of 30 to 50% confirms your date, with the balance due as set out in your contract. Cancellation and date-change terms are written into the contract before you pay anything, so there are no surprises. If your date moves, tell us early and we will do our best to carry the booking over.
How early do you arrive, and how long does setup take?
For most events the team arrives about two hours before service to build the bar, chill ingredients and prepare garnishes. Large or themed setups, LED bars and multi-counter weddings may need longer. We agree arrival time and access with your venue in advance so setup never clashes with decor or catering.
Who handles cleanup after the event?
We do. After service, the team dismantles the bar, packs our equipment, clears bar waste and leaves the bar area tidy. General venue cleaning and disposal of the host's own supplies are usually handled by the venue, and we confirm the split before the event.
Will you coordinate with my planner, caterer and venue?
Yes. Once you confirm, we share the bar layout, power and space needs, arrival time and menu with your planner, caterer and venue manager, and stay in touch with them on the day, so you do not have to pass messages between suppliers.
